Sienna first tooth/Bryan work overload

Finally at 7 1/2 months Sienna's first tooth is coming in. It's the top right tooth. Sienna bites even without teeth so I'm a little scared of what she's gonna be like with teeth. I might be nursing her off sooner than I would like to. I have to tell you though that Sienna is quite the character, VERY persistent and wants to see and experience everything all the time. I find that Sienna is like me in the way that she requires change in order to be settled, if that makes any sense, it does to me. Sienna is also pulling herself on everything, she has my head spinning trying to keep up with her. John, Bryan's dad is coming up on the 6th of December, so we are looking forward to that. Gives us a chance to set up the guest room, Some organization of Sanora's toys maybe.

Bryan has allot on his plate right now. He's working crazy hours at Terra Firma, getting to work early and sometimes not leaving till 9pm, depending on what needs to be done for the next day. On top of that Bryan is working on a project that seems like it has come out of Bryan's dreams. Right now it's a 3 person project and Bryan will be taking care of book illustration, animation, 3 web sites, press kits the works. To add to Bryan's exploding schedule Bryan just bid on a Design contract for the government. What happens is the company puts out there and companies bid on the job in order to get it. Bryan was one of those people. Oh and one more thing, Bryan is also doing a web site/press kits for someone else. That my friends would be why I never leave the house, lol. I need to get out of the house more, so instead of spending money I'm going to make money to achieve that. I'll be applying down town, for something just 2 nights a week. Right know it looks like Earls or a family pub called Road House, we'll see. If I don't leave the house on a regular basis I'm gonna go crazy, and Sienna needs time away from me. Sounds funny but true, She's only going to get overwhelmingly attached if I am at her side every second, So daddy gets to fill in and create a bond with her for himself. Well I think I have rambled enough, Merry Christmas everyone your cards should be arriving soon.

the girls

The girls always amaze me. Sanora is getting so smart, so eager to read. Sienna is growing like a weed, she can pull herself up on everything now. Sienna makes these hilarious squeals, and will copy you when you make similar sounds. The 2 weeks I couldn't take my walks I was going crazy. Sienna sleeps through the night guaranteed when we go, and has a more mellow temperament. I can say the same for myself about the more mellow temperament. I'm attempting to start doing sit-ups after the walks, but we'll have to see how frequent then ends up being. Sanora and I also have started putting up Christmas decorations, only some because we want to do it as a family. Hopefully Bryan will have time this weekend.

my mom and the girls

with Sienna we have come to a point of no return, we have come to a point where frustration will only become a more frequent occurrence.......Sienna does not like hats and pulls them of...dun dun dun. Ahh my little monkey, so the hats and gloves will have to be on tighter to avoid her ripping them off while outside.

Tonight I sat down with Sanora and talked to her about my mom. I told her how it was a mere 25 sleeps before Sanora's birth that my mom passed. I guess she sensed that I was getting sad because Sanora than told me about a dream she had. Sanora went on to tell be about how my mom met Turner and Tofino, she took the girls shopping, then cuddled with Sanora in bed, and finally gave Sanora a hug before my mom died. I asked sanora if it was an actual dream and she said "I want to cheer you up mommy and that is a nice dream." The she said it was a dream. To tell the truth I can't tell but either way it was sweet, and nice to hear. Sanora is a good kid, so thoughtful and giving with every part of her being good intentions.

On the 3rd of November was my mom's birthday. On the day of I was thinking alot about her and thought that she would want my to call her dad, so I did. It was nice to hear my grandpa's voice, kinda like old times. It's been 7 years since I have seen him and I hope so much that I wont be adding many more year to that before I see him again.

range practice / Halloween

Because i had missed to much of Flamenco classes we decided that I would wait till next year. Then to top it all off There was a death in the family of the woman doing the drum classes so she canceled those as well till after Christmas. So instead I am going to get a membership at the local range and go to target practice when ever I can. I am also signed up to take a free hunting ethics course and they take your name and give you a call for the next course. I was told that it would either be January or April depending on how many people are on the list before me. I'm taking it I may get my hunting licence this next year.

Halloween was such a beautiful day. Clear blue skies and no wind, we loved it. At night time It walked around in just a t-shirt and cape and I was warm. Sanora was a horse, or cow girl depending on who asked her, Sienna was a star, I was a spider witch and Bryan a mosquito. We hit maybe 20 houses at the most and she half filled her pillowcase. When we got back Sanora took on the duty of handing out the candy herself. She loved it, except when one group took almost the whole tray (teenagers) and Sanora came back into the room upset and grumbling about them being greedy.

There's the family right after we got home from trick or treating.

us girls, daddy was camera shy

Our little star, so cute

Our pumpkins. Of course Sanoras had to be heart eyes, diamond nose and big lips. The other pumpkin is in the middle of production.

This is Sienna in her new snow jacket. Its a little big but we want to be able to put sweaters under and its a big bonus that it just might last the winter.

Oh and Sienna is trying to pull herself up onto things now. Tonight she pulled herself up onto a book I was reading and was able to hold herself up by just holding onto the book. She's growing up so fast.
