Baby Coming Soon!
Last night was crazy, I thought for a little bit that I was going into labor. It ended up just being Broxton Hicks, which are contractions that don't bring on labor. I just took it as a sign that it is coming up quick. With Sanora I was induced so it went from no contractions to so strong I couldn't walk in a matter of 20 minutes. I told my doctor I didn't believe in prenatal classes because it gives one a false Idea of labour in your head. I didn't want anyone influencing my "going in expecting nothing so you don't get disappointed" tactic. She asked what about now that I have had a child? No it wouldn't because not only is every pregnancy different and every birth different but also situations have completely changed so anything can happen. Especially in a completely different hospital where I get to stay in one room instead of being shuffled from 3 different rooms.
I made Bread last night and it was really good. I have become notorious in my household for my cooking. I never use a recipe and when I do I use all kinds of weird substitutions. Well I didn't really do that this time and didn't you know it, it worked, I was like a happy little kid because I made something healthy that actually worked. I did put splenda in instead of honey and sugar and made the eggs egg whites, my usual changes. So because this one worked out we just decided that we're going to get like 6 bread pans and make a bunch at a time. We go through so much bread; it costs close to nothing to make it, so why not.
Last night Sanora I sat down and went over some basic sentences to help her pick up some of those in-between words. Well I decided to make her 2 little books the pictures taken from clip art. She can read little words like cat, dog, and pig so I made one about those three animals. Then one little rhyming one cat, rat, hat and sat like they do in other reading books. She likes it more knowing I made it for her so I'm hoping that will encourage her to read. We're going to start hooked on Phonics with her but in the mean time if anyone has some suggestions of reading material that she might like, send the info my way.

Well you definetly had a reminder that Sienna is on her way. They say 1 to 2 weeks left. Glad about the bread it makes a person want to attempt again. I made bread all the time till Uncle gave me a Bread Machine, almost the same thing.Just a lazier way of doing it. The pics you took were amazing! Keep up the good work. Love Aunty Jan
