"YOU BREAK IT YOU FIX IT!"

Well there is a bit of a big mess. My manager told me that I was intitled to one week vacation and that I had to take it before I left or I wouldn't get it. It was my manager that inquired about it and told me it was approved by the district manager. If it wasn't implied that the district manager aproved it I would have double checked. So becuase of all of this, I left on the 27th of Januray instead of the 3rd of Feb. Well I get a call today from my manager stating I wasn't even titled to a week vacation so they are putting my dates back a week, meaning I am out a week of pay. On top of this all I am informed that I may not even get my bonus which is a far size and would go straight to saving and the baby. I called Labour services to see if this is all even legal, I just couldn't believe she messed up that badly. I then remembered that I still have 2 float days and a 1/2 lei day left and if I wasn't getting one week vacation I should atleast be intitled to that. Needless to say my manager was brushing me off so a phone call to the district manager is what came next. To my shock Diane our district manager had no idea that I went early and was absolutely pissed because she knew nothing about any of this. We started getting into a few details and there was a bunch of other things that she didn't know about stating "That's just now how the company works." and said That I need to tell Sandi my manager that it's her mess and she has to fix it. I called originally to see if I was intitled to anything, because Sand had no answers for me, and I was a little scared that I would have no one to back me up. Diane (DM) told me as well that I should not be penialized for sandi's (M) mistake and she will approve anything that need to be approved for me to get what I need. I am intitled to one weeks pay of vacation but that is something I have to request in writting so it may take a little longer but I will get it. Well my manager may be pissed at the moment and wont have fun with this....as the saying goes......
