Perfect house / Maternity leave

Well I had found my perfect house.... log house, big back yard, shop for Bryan, double garage, 3 bedroom, fruit trees and bushes. Well I phoned the realestate about the house and they told us there was an offer on the house on the second day up. So today we got the papers for pre-approval for a morgage at the yukon housing corperation. The company offers lower morages with a cap of $190,000 with much lower interest rates. So having the down payment that we do it's perfect for us. So we will be ready if anything comes up again.

On top of the talk that I had with my manager, I also get 1 week vacation. Sooooo, that means I get to go one week earlier than originally planed. January 27th is when I actually start my vacation and then February 3rd for my leave. I am really excited to spend more time with sanora, especially since she wont have to bounce around houses while we are at work.
Wile I am on Maternity leae I will beable to take her swimming more often, take her snow shoeing and just more activities in general. It's actually very wierd that I am going to be going so soon. Emagine that!
