NIce start to the new year

Well today started with snow shoeing, it was awesome. I tried some different trails with a lot of large hills, and man did it take a lot out of me. I am thoroughly impressed at the full body work out though, especially with poles. Needless to say I have passed out for a little bit and now I am listening to Manu Chao to get me going again. I love it, I got one CD in my stocking and one from Bryan! I'm always listening to it now, I love dancing to it in the kitchen when no one is home, heh heh. I also talked to my grandmother today, which was nice, good to hear her voice. Bryan has described her voice as the ultimate grandma voice! I think it's cute, but she might not. It was very nice to hear from Gerri-Anne as well. It's always a relief to hear from her after a while of hearing nothing, especially when a lot happens during that time there. Gerri-Anne is planning her trip when she gets back, I am so excited that she will be here, in march some time. I'm going to have to show her off to everyone, I'm so proud. Every time she comes I'm always meaning to have a house party while she is here, that would be a prime time to make some more Sangria, yummmmmm.
