Sienna walking/school/RIP John

Ok so I was having problems with my account again, a listening problem on my end I think. So it's been a big week and this is the scoop. On the 4rth of June Sienna (had already taken a few steps but didn't seem interested beyond that) was holding onto my pants then suddenly let go and walked to Sanora and through herself around Sanora in a hug. It was so cute. Bryan and I of course had Sienna do it over and over again and Sanora video taped it with my camera. 3 days later Sienna was walking across the room and 5 days later she can practically walk around the house and was trying to do a bit of a run...Yikes! So proud of my little sweet heart.

I went Kayaking last weekend, it was great. They where offering free lessons at Schwanga Lake, so I tried out this really fancy boat that I would never have, lol. There where dogs there so Sanora was going nuts throwing rocks and such. Oh yes I didn't mention that when we woke up Sunday morning it was duh duh duh...SNOWING!so it was a head trip to be on the middle of a beautiful lake in the middle of June, while it was snowing. I also applied for classes for the fall. I'll be taking general studies for the first year, then Renewable resources the year after. With the general studies courses I will be upgrading my English and science as well as taking some theater classes and hopefully some language classes as well. The upside with that is that it will be paid for by EI as I just came off of Maternity leave. I want to take advantage of that as much as I can.

On a sad note officer John Snyder son of Mr. Snyder who use to by my teacher passed away. Mr. Snyder was my English teacher in grade 11 and a hard one of that. John was 1 of four I believe, 3 or 4 boys I can't remember, and Graded with Gerri and I. I didn't know him that well except that he was on the Ruby team and I was on the girls team as we often practiced at the same time. It is a great loss to the place I still call home, RIP John.
