New Job/The Girls

Bryan and I have decided that I would start looking for work before mat leave was over because I needed to find something that would work for our family. It had to be nights, which is harder to find because everything closes so early, and over 10 dollars an hour. I couldn't stay at Reitmans because of all of those reasons and lets face it, it was the most undesirable job I have ever worked. I found 2 that where suiting, 1 being a security job at the college and the second being at an all organic bakery down town. The college is close by and has walking trails across the street from us that leads right down to the college. I just got word the other day that I got the job doing security at the college, with the hours being midnight to 8 in the morning which is perfect because then Sienna doesn't have to be in daycare even for a few hours. We might see after a while about her going in 1 day a week when she gets a little older though. I will probably be doing 1 to 2 days a week and then the rest on-call, with it paying allot more than what I was getting at Reitmans. I'm really excited about the job, partly for some silly reasons, but hey it gets me out of the house.

Sienna is growing so fast, she's learning new things all the time. She plays peek-a-boo by herself with what ever is in her hand, and it doesn't seem to matter if you can see her either. She waves at us all the time and is trying to stand on her own now. Sienna is such a character, she makes me laugh all day. If she can make you laugh doing something, she will do it over and over, seeming very entertained by our amusement. She started throwing herself on the ground, almost like playing dead, then will start laughing. Sanora is amazing with Sienna, and loves playing with her. The other night Sanora had a glass of water on the coffee table, and Sienna had gotten a hold of it dropping the cup to the ground. Sanora started laughing so Sienna picked it up doing it over and over again. I almost had to run to the bathroom I was laughing so hard, especially when the girls just stared at each other laughing for almost 5 minutes. As Sienna gets older and more able to get into Sanora's things, I'm sure things will start to change a little bit. Like Tara and Donovan said, she doesn't know what she's in for.
